As a church, we value equipping parents, carers and grandparents to make deep, meaningful connections with their Kids.
We will be running three seminars called “The Parenting Sessions.” These sessions are an extension of the Tuning In to Kids course that is aimed at parents and carers healthy ways of modelling how to express our emotions and how to help our kids manage their emotions as well. You don’t need to have attended the Tuning into Kids course for these sessions to be helpful though!
The Parenting sessions will be facilitated by Wayne Palmer (Tuning into Kids facilitator and Social Worker) and his wife Kate Appleyard (Kids Ministry Pastor at C3 Carlingford and Social Worker) and a special guest facilitator.
